What data we collect
When you contact us through the contact form, we collect the data you enter yourself: name, company, email, phone and the text of your message. Messages from the form are not stored on the website – they only arrive as an email in our inbox. When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide in that communication.
How we use it and on what basis
We use the data only to reply to your inquiry and, where needed, to prepare an offer. The legal bases are your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). We do not use the data for newsletters and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 2 years after the last correspondence. If a contract is concluded between us, the data is kept for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting legislation).
Who we share it with
We do not share the data with third parties, except with the hosting and email providers that process it on our behalf, or where required by law.
Cookies and map
The website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work, for example to remember the selected language. Some technical files of the website (for its layout) are loaded from the public jsDelivr network, which receives your IP address in the process. The Contacts page contains an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may receive data such as your IP address and set its own cookies in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You have your rights under the GDPR, for example to:
- request access to your data, its correction or deletion;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
To do so, email us at griffvarna@abv.bg.
